We try to talk you through the various functions like motion-triggered recording or backing up an important event that you’ve captured.

We were one of the first companies to offer a remote set up service for this if IT and computers aren’t your thing. We also explain how to use CAT5 or CAT6 cable to connect your cameras to the DVR. This is really easy and requires no specialist tools such as crimpers.
