We aim to deliver your items within 1-2 using a fully tracked courier service. This includes free delivery when offered. If the packaging is received in a damaged condition it should be noted as such when signing for its receipt. If a package can not be delivered because there is no one to sign for its receipt a message will be left at the property and a further attempt made at a later time by arrangement. Any instructions to “leave with a neighbour”, “leave under the porch” or similar are done so at your risk.

Orders to the UK’s extremities such as the Highlands and Islands may not reach you the within that time but you will no doubt already be used to that! We will get it there as soon as possible.
