Long Range IP POE 5-50mm 4MP Camera

A stunning camera in every respect. An unbelievably dynamic lens ranges from a wider general purpose 5mm to an astonishing 50mm which allows high levels of detail to be captured even at long distances.

This is the perfect choice of camera for larger domestic properties and commercial installations. Fully zoomed in this IP camera can identify someone up to around 90 meters away. It is ideal for monitoring roads and entrances, the powerful lens allows you to capture amazing levels of detail. Powerful built-in infrared illumination allows the camera to function even in complete darkness. It features customisable electronics settings which allow you to choose a wide dynamic range, backlight compensation and a host of other user-defined options. As shipped the camera is fully automatic and works well straight out of the box.

Set-up is made easier when connected to an NVR and using the free viewing app. Normal connections are made using the 50cm flylead which exits from the base of the camera and can be rear exit or surface mounted.

To date, this camera has generated our best prosecution. Uses include larger industrial areas and farms, roads and driveways, detailed monitoring of targets further away from the camera and site perimeters. Many retailers offer cameras with vastly exaggerated claims when it comes to effective range. The B8 5-50mm really does deliver.

This IP camera has an RJ45 connection and can be used with POE as well as a 12-volt power supply via an industry-standard 5.5mm jack socket if powered independently.
